Everything comes out of our basement kitchen on Bermondsey Street — fresh fish sourced weekly from our suppliers, pasta made in-house, and a wine list built around small independent producers from all 20 regions of Italy.
The weekday set menu runs Tuesday to Friday — 2 courses for £25, 3 for £30. The kitchen stays open until 5 pm every day we're open, making Baccalà one of the few genuinely all-day dining options near London Bridge. Late lunch after a long meeting is not a problem here.
Planning a group visit? For parties of 8 or more, a set menu is required. We also offer festive dining and private hire for special occasions.

Tuesday – Saturday, 12–5 pm
Weekday set menu — 2 courses for £25, 3 for £30. Kitchen open until 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday, making us one of the few proper all-day dining options near London Bridge. A natural choice for business lunches, late meetings, or a relaxed midday break that doesn't have to end at 2 pm.

A curated selection of Italian extra virgin olive oils — served as a tasting at the start of your meal. Chef Moreno treats these like wine: with provenance, terroir, and intention.

The EVOO pairing menu
Italian extra virgin olive oil explored the way great wine is — with terroir, provenance, and a dedicated pairing menu designed around each oil's character. Chef Moreno sources directly from artisan producers across Italy and has been doing this since before it became a trend.
Available every evening alongside our dinner menu. Choose 3 or 5 courses — each paired with a different EVOO, guided by chef Moreno.
