Italian Wine Tasting — Discovery

A guided tasting curated by Fabio De Nicola, our Italian sommelier, and led by the Baccalà team.

Four wines chosen to show the range and character of Italy's independent producers — an Orange, Two Whites, and a Red. Orange wine is often the surprise of the session: skin-contact, complex, and unlike anything most guests have tried before. Our team will take you through each wine's provenance, the winemaker's philosophy, and the flavours that make low-intervention Italian wines so compelling.

Each session can be personalised around a theme of your choice. Past tastings have explored sparkling wine with oysters, orange wine with cheese, and light reds with seafood — tell us what interests you when you book.
