Italian Wine Tasting — Signature

A guided tasting curated by Fabio De Nicola, our Italian sommelier, and led by the Baccalà team.

Our most complete wine experience — five Italian wines across the full spectrum: an Orange, Two Whites, a Red, and a Dessert or Fortified wine. Each glass is paired with small bites prepared by Chef Moreno Polverini, chosen specifically to work with each wine's character. Wine and food together, guided by the people who know these products best.

Moreno's bites are designed for each pairing — not afterthoughts, but part of the experience itself.

Each session can be personalised around a theme of your choice. Past tastings have explored sparkling wine with oysters, orange wine with cheese, and light reds with seafood — tell us what interests you when you book.
