Italian Wine Tasting — Essential

A guided tasting curated by Fabio De Nicola, our Italian sommelier, and led by the Baccalà team.

Three exceptional Italian wines — a White, an Orange, and a Red — each sourced from small, independent producers across Italy's 20 regions. Our team will guide you through each wine's story: the region, the producer, the grape variety, and what makes it worth talking about. You'll learn how to taste, what to look for on the nose and palate, and how to pair each wine with food.

Each session can be personalised around a theme of your choice. Past tastings have explored sparkling wine with oysters, orange wine with cheese, and light reds with seafood — tell us what interests you when you book.
