A festive Italian vermouth tasting at Baccalà
Does vermouth taste like Christmas? Join us at Baccalà for a festive afternoon dedicated to one of Italy's most fascinating aperitifs.
Hosted by Fabio De Nicola, Head Sommelier at Baccalà, this guided tasting will take you on a journey through five Italian vermouths, discovering the botanicals, flavours, origins and stories behind each glass.
Each vermouth will be accompanied by a little Italian creation from our Head Chef, Moreno Polverini. Five distinctive bites, thoughtfully created to complement the character, botanicals and flavours of each vermouth.
