A proper Italian Saturday lunch
In Italy, Saturday lunch is not something you rush. It is a long table, the best produce of the week, good wine, and people who matter — the kind of meal that doesn't end until mid-afternoon has become evening.
That is what Chef Moreno had in mind when he created the Saturday Seafood Roast. Every Saturday morning he sources the freshest whole fish available — sea bream, sea bass, or shellfish depending on what is best that week — and prepares each roast entirely to order. The saffron mayo is made fresh. The bagna càuda is warm. The fish goes straight from the oven to the centre of your table.
It is the meal we'd want someone to cook for us. So we cook it for you, every Saturday on Bermondsey Street.

BEFORE THE FISH ARRIVES
Start with Oyster Saturday
Every Saturday from 12 to 5 pm, we serve freshly shucked oysters alongside the roast — sustainably sourced from the UK and Ireland. The natural way to open the table while the fish roasts in the kitchen.
Half a dozen for £21. A dozen for £41. Pair with a glass of Italian bubbles or a crisp natural white chosen by Fabio.

Reserve your table
Book online via OpenTable. Select the Seafood Roast experience and choose your fish at checkout.
STEP 02
We source your fish
Chef Moreno orders your fish fresh from our suppliers — the best catch available that week, chosen for your table specifically.
STEP 03
Show up Saturday
Arrive between 12 and 4 pm on Bermondsey Street. Your fish comes hot from the oven, straight to the table.

Why we ask you to book by Thursday
The Seafood Roast is made entirely to order — nothing is pre-prepared. Booking by Thursday gives Chef Moreno time to source the freshest fish available from our suppliers, so what arrives at your table on Saturday is at its absolute best. It is a small ask for a noticeably better meal.
