Fabio, our Italian wine specialist and sommelier, and Moreno, our executive chef, have curated an extensive and diverse wine list, focusing on organic and biodynamic wines from small, independent producers. Each sip takes you on a journey through all twenty regions of Italy, with every experience offering unique and engaging content.

Our Wine Talks + Tastings
Three structured tasting experiences, each curated by our sommelier Fabio De Nicola and led by the Baccalà team. Available Tuesday to Saturday, 12–6 pm. Book tickets below — we'll be in touch to confirm your date and time.
Each session can be personalised around a theme of your choice. Past tastings have explored sparkling wine with oysters, orange wine with cheese, and light reds with seafood. We'll be in touch after booking to discuss your preferences.
